CELEBRATING THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY
Barbie believes in the power of representation and is committed to giving all kids the chance to see themselves in the dolls they play with and the stories they imagine. Increasing representation in our product, content, role models and marketing continues to be a top priority.

SPOTLIGHTING HISPANIC ROLE MODELS
We’re dedicated to honoring empowering female role models and amplifying their stories to inspire girls. Our newest honorees paved the way for generations to dream bigger. María Félix was one of the most successful figures of Latin American cinema, known for taking on powerful roles and declining acting roles that would have typecast her and didn’t embody who she really was. Celia Cruz, often called The Queen of Salsa, was an award-winning singer who broke barriers and popularized salsa music. By celebrating her Cuban culture, she helped Afro-Latino Americans embrace their own heritage.

DEDICATING RESOURCES TO HELP SUPPORT GIRLS
We are committed to inspiring the limitless potential in every girl. Through The Barbie Dream Gap Project, a global mission, Barbie is dedicated to closing the gap by challenging gender stereotypes and helping undo the biases that hold girls back from reaching their full potential.
