Easy Online Returns – U.S.
We hope that you love your purchase! If for any reason you don't, you may return your selection with original proof of purchase for a refund (minus shipping and processing) or exchange (while supplies last), within 30 days of receipt.
- We only accept returns for items purchased directly from mattelshop.com. Please return all other items to the original place of purchase.
- All returns are monitored and may be limited.
- Your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging.
- Items sold as “scratch and dent” are designated as final sale and cannot be returned. Any other item designated as final sale will be marked accordingly on the product page.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are for the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable sales tax only. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Items that can’t be exchanged will be marked accordingly on the product page. The product page will also indicate whether such items are eligible for a refund, which is not always the case.
- Exchanges are only as long as supplies last. If the item is sold out when we process your return, you will receive a refund, applied to the original payment method. Refunds are for the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable sales tax only. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
To return an item, please complete steps 1 & 2.
Step 1: Complete and print a Return Form
Step 2: Print a prepaid shipping label and note the tracking number for your records.
- Please send your completed return form, items(s), and proof of purchase (copy of packing slip or order number) packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box.
- Remove any other addresses and barcodes from the outside of the box, affix the label to the package, and take it to your local post office or FedEx location.
- Please make sure you note the tracking number for your records and obtain a receipt as proof of mailing.
- Do not put your package in a drop box or mailbox.
- Please allow a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks for your request to be processed once it has been received. We’ll send you an email notification when we process your return.
