My Design Returns

Our standard return policy does not apply to custom orders placed within My Design. All sales are final for custom products, and unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please see below for exceptions and further information.

Styled by Me

All sales of customized Styled by Me™ Barbie® products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be fully satisfied when you shop with us. If you notice a problem with your order (for example, a missing or defective piece), or an error on our part, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-7-MATTEL or drop us a line at customerservice@shopmattel.com. Please note: we will not accept items sent back without contacting Customer Service for authorization first. In those instances, your items will be refused and sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
